just re-signed a lease on a 3 bedroom house, while subleasing the other bedrooms and turned the extra den into a bedroom.

now i'm only paying utilties(~$400/month) while the roommates are covering the rent

rent:studio and utilities=1280 food= 250 , yes i eat out too much. transportation=100 unlimited metro card is a blessing. entertainment=460 i like to go out since i work by myself where i don't have much interaction with others plus my area is dead. I need to cut back for sure but NYC will eat you up.

So do i that is why i pay that much, i made a vow that matter what job i did i would try to live in a nice quiet area where there is no drama.
