When 50 Cent dies do you think he will be remembered like how we remember Pac and Biggie?

I don't live in New York so I don't know how much of an impact he made over there so I'm curious. God forbid 50 dies tomorrow, do you think he will be looked at as one of those fallen soldiers of hip hop who blessed us with street poetry? shyt that will be timeless and still get played randomly at parties cause u know people fukk with it? He's made a few mistakes in his life like candy shop or magic stick but ignoring that, do u think 50 is a legend in the making?

50's only real transcendent legacy will be his single "In Da Club" and then an unceasing amount of devil-may-care celeb gossip fukkery

more than many artists can claim, so :yeshrug:

No.

to me the only reason the nikka really took off was because nikkaz was tired of ja-rule spreading the air-waves with ultra soft ballads. 50 stood against that, 50 won.

Only problem is,,, he's fallen off popularity-wise. I think that if he died, he'd still be remembered for his dominance and how huge a deal he was in his time. But the thing with Pac and Big is that they died in their primes, and right after dominant runs in the game, and as they were only getting better with more to come. With 50, he's cooled off a great deal from what he was in the early-mid 2000s. So I think there would be a lot of nostalgia for the music from his prime and people would remember that run... but the canonization Pac and Big had, probably not. Now if he had died in like 2004-5, he would be worshipped. Right now if you play "In Da Club" you might clear the floor in a club... but if he was dead right now? Sheeeeit... "In Da Club" would be played with "I Get Around" and "One More Chance" :pachaha:

No, he doesn't even have a solid fanbase outside of the net. 10 years from now his shyt will be obsolete...nobody will be talking about him. Nas and Jay gonna overshadow him
