shyt happened to me a couple times, I usually deaded it within the first few replies back to see exactly what was going on between us
I remember this one time my boys GF's BFF was feeling me so I hit her up like twice to chill or whatever, and she always took forever to reply or some shyt, so I fell back and deleted her number

Dude, you approached me and there is a good chance that I wasn't even paying attention to you before you did so. Now if we were mutually feeling each other and had a decent start up convo then yeah I might, but most of the guy that do that call me mess usually 1) think they are pimpin, 2) are afraid of rejection, or 3) just don't want to put in any effort.

Very true. My college boyfriend gave me his number. I didn't call him for like two or three weeks because I had other stuff (non dating related) going on. Had he just taken my number, we probably would have started talking sooner. It worked out either way because we were together for four years.
