I read the first article and really didn't have a positive or negitive opinion of this girl, after reader her post she's cool as fuk in my eyes. Keeping it 100% is something i can respect.

this story has actually been burning up on twitter in the science tweeting world and i was getting tired of seeing it cuz i thought it was just some corny sexual harassment thing, i had no idea it was a black lady and that it was racial until i saw this story i posted

It was probably both (because she is both at the same time), especially given the stereotype that black women are whores. I doubt he would have called a man, regardless of race, a whore for requesting compensation. However, he probably would have still has a shytty, but different, retort if she were a black man. Would he have called a white woman a whore? Probably not in the actual email but he would have been thinking it (that's her white privilege).
