best you can do besides moving on is switch it up on the woman. she sees you as a nice guy, now show her your 
side. dont be so quick to pick up the phone, back out of a meetup last second, flirt with her friends. petty? childish? maybe, but it sounds like you just trying to smash anyway so no need to have a pristine image. part of being a nice guy is being readily available, flexible, accommodating - all great traits to a logical being, but to some women, it's a resource to be plundered at their convenience. put that resource in jeopardy, and she'll either learn to appreciate it or prove to be too dim to appreciate it. either way you gain the yams or learn all you need to know about the girl.

There's also the possibility that she genuinely thinks you're a nice guy...but knows she wouldn't do you right.
I actually agree with this for the most part.
Only time this is different is if they are actually the type that really are attracted to nice guy.
