IMO, sounds like someone like that is stressed out! I think stress can accelerate one's age, at least in appearance..

Also, if a woman is "ran through" then I doubt she is of sound mind. She is most likely emotionally damaged and has some sort of mental health issues. Then you have to factor in if she has solid emotional support as well as if she is financially secure or not, if she has children, where she lives and if she takes care of herself(works out, eats healthy, etc..)

All if the aforementioned fan affect a woman's appearance..
