The only way I see AJ going to Raw is if Roman goes to Smackdown. He is identified with the Smackdown brand just like Roman is with Raw. I can see them sending Finn, Joe and or Rollins to the blue brand to give him some fresh matchups

I think Rollins and Joe to SmackDown is almost a given
