Same reason why I don't put Andre in my GOAT list. Him and Jay Elec are two rappers who notoriously only puts out a couple verses a year and gets deified. Imagine if a dude like say Jadakiss only released 2 or 3 verses..his best verses.. a year. He would be God tier.

I wouldn't put Jay Elec in the same category as Andre

At least he has put out 5+ Outkast Albums ... He has more verses on albums than alot of solo artists have in their career

I hear you about his Outkast contribution but Dre don't put out solo work. I can't place an MC that has almost a non existent solo catalog at the same level of dudes that have lush solo work on their resume. It just ain't right imo.
