I never agreed with the tip being a percentage of the bill anyways.The Waiter works just as hard if i order 5 of the cheapest things on the menu as they would if i ordered 5 of the most expensive things on the menu. The only difference is the ingredient cost more for the restaurant and i already pay more to cover that cost.
The whole system is kinda ridiculous. Just enables restaurants to get by paying their employee's very little money.

Most restauraunts have a mandatory 18% gratuity fee for seating of 6 persons or more... so this issue was between him and his employers not him and chrissy
