It's still new so I go to get a new one since its still under warranty. Dude comes out and looks at the phone and tells me to wait. He comes back and tells me he's gonna have to open the phone and check it out to see if its under warranty. nikka leaves, comes back with an iPad, telling me it's gonna cost me 259.99 for a new. The nikka never even took the phone back there with him yet. I ask him why wasn't it covered under warranty and he just stares into the distance and says he'll be back. I wait and he comes back with a new phone telling me that he spoke with the manager and worked out a way I can get a free replacement

The asswipe I had kept doing something similar too.
