It seems obvious we're not going to have a serious conversation on this, we can continue this discussion at another time.

You're always welcome to one, I think you know my reputation on here as a serious poster.

One fact that highlights the character of Warren fans in general (as opposed to the few troublemakers that exist in every faction), is that not a single one of them participating in this thread thought any of your three unjustified attacks on me were worth dapping.

because they looked the part. :unimpressed:

why don't you focus some energy on your fellow Bernie Breh who thinks a push for Trans rights only exists online

You're really going to ignore where she says to slap him? Talk about bad faith arguments

To be clear, he was saying that brehs pushing for trans rights only exist online.

And I don't think that's exactly accurate but you gotta admit the %'s on twitter and the %'s on the street are not the same.

Edit: But maybe he really meant all Americans when he said brehs. :hubie:

I cant take it seriously

The media tiptoes around covering the doxing, trolling, racism and hacking that the right does on places like *****. They dont make stories and rally the blue checks about the abusive shyt that goes on in Nina Turner's, AOC's, illhan omar, rashida talib or Brihana's mentions on the daily. In some of their cases FOR YEARS. Longer than a snake emoji. Because its not politcally convient to them.

Its not convient to examine how this type of behavior asserts itself in internet spaces for sports, music, video gaming, movies, comic books tv etc. Everywhere. It would hurt the narrative.

So now its about sanders supporters calling lying politicans liars. Because that is a storyline that can save them billions of dollars and keep the masses at heel.

MSDNC circlejerkers in here juelzing about online civility like racist cacs who get exposed saying ****** online. :mjpls: Flooding mentions and calling folks jobs was ok then tho

Im sleep :snooze:

If were going to be disingenuous, fukk it.

any flagrant thing a sanders supporter said online was most likely a russian troll interfering in our discourse :yeshrug:

Around the time when those supporters started posting people’s addresses and showing up to their homes in the dead of night

Did this really happen? wtf

That "262 million" number is specifically the # of Twitter users outside the USA so it's literally completely irrelevant.

22% of Americans are on Twitter and less than half of them use it regularly. So you're talking about just 10% of the population and it skews young and well-off.

Also, just 10% of Twitter users (so 2% of Americans) are responsible for 80% of the tweets. So it's not remotely representative of what the average person is like.

Here's pretty good breakdown on Twitter statistics
25 Twitter Statistics All Marketers Should Know in 2020

Social Media has definitely warped a lot of people's perception of reality

there was an article explaining where this came from. it didnt start with bernie which proves the idea of "bernie bros" was mostly made up and fake to make bernie supporters look bad and it worked on low info voters who are primed up by msnbc, cnn.

it started with ...you guessed it Hilary calling out obama people. "obama boys".

From Obama Boys to Bernie Bros: The Creation of Twitter's Worst Attack Line

Man, just seeing that title making me think of shyt I haven't thought of in a minute.

Remember when Hillary cried before New Hampshire and reacting to it negatively was sexist?

When Obama had to apologize for calling someone "sweetie"?

When someone on Obama's staff played "99 Problems" as he walked up to make a speech after a win and it was evidence of sexism? (holy shyt thinking about that shyt now it would have BLOWN UP in the 2020 Twitterverse if Bernie's campaign pulled it)

When Obama waffled on whether or not she was likable?

When Obama was attacked for not condemning his "toxic" supporters who said mean things about Hillary?

When articles like this were being written?

Fears grow that Obama can't win

Obama has lost women 'with sexist campaign'

Clinton: 'Sexism' in '08 Obama camp

New Obama ad called sexist by former Hillary supporters

When (see above articles) Clinton supporters declared that they wouldn't vote for Obama even in the general election....and 15% of them went ahead and cast a vote for McCain?

You’re really choosing to side with Nazis here?

Think very carefully about your next move

Are you pretending to be illiterate now?

She said to hit him.

You're trying to conflate that with supporting Nazis and now I'm a Nazi for pointing that out?

Grow up

I realize this is the coli but we're talking about human rights at the end of the day.

I don't want to get broiled down in this but the law is on their side.

Basically it’s internet bullying but on the campaign level.

also Bernie’s issue wasn’t just random internet mentions he had official surrogates saying wild shyt and he should have run a tighter ship. Obama use to legit tell his surrogates they need to apologize, shut up, or fired them for being as off message as Bernie’s online surrogates have been. shyt Obama denounced his own preacher cause he was caught on camera wilding. Bernie’s paid staff was out there with snake emojis.

The real issue is that whole campaign has been run on a US vs. fukk all of you strategy and that isn’t how you win campaigns.
