Durks Father is Muslim and has been trying to show him and those around him a better way. One of the best things about Islam is it promotes brotherhood.

I think people are way too judgemental towards Durk Von and the other Chicago guys.
People who have been through way less grief and pain turn to religion and try their best. I cant fault that.

I didnt grow up with my father in jail and in a city with a ridiculous amount of killing. I don’t have dozens of friends dead. I didnt go to school with people with guns.

Durk get a bad rep regardless. He’s no different than other gangster rappers. He just came up in a harder environment than most.
