i came in to say this exact same thing. There are very few authentic nerd chicks. This is what real nerd broads have always looked like:

they just don't wear the fake "I'm a nerd" gear. most of em don't even wear glasses.
a good way to spot em is by the company that they keep. also if they work a gig like say gamestop or some offbrand funtime chit like a comic book store or something.
the real fine ones have a way of blending in with the "regular" crowd. but a lot of them REAL BAD ones are easy to spot, because based on looks, they should be hanging with the "cool elite" crowd of females, rather than the midcarders.
