A modest sag below the waist was always cool to me but at what point did it jump the gun? I'm having a conversation with someone who says it started in 2006, I said it started in 2002

Yeah never understood the thought process of having your pants sagging with your ass out. I come from the baggy sagging era where we did a slight sagging just below the waist. But never where it impedes your ability to walk or run. I wish the brothers who do this realized how dumb this style looks.
