02 a nikka was saggin hard. I remember being in school and they had just enforced wearing belts and I never wore belts at the time. Just pull ya pants up every 3 steps.

By 06 we was rockin tall tees and when we wore shorts they touched our shoes cause we was saggin so hard. No lie I seen nikkas pants just fall down from saggin so hard but the tall tell was still on like a dress :russ:

Baggy clothes became a parody in itself by 2003. That was when people buying 4XL white tees and 50 inch waist pants, looking like an early Dipset member. :dead: That was right before Jay-Z killed the throwback jerseys with "The Black Album" in just 4 bars. Then Kanye blew up in early 2004, and Polos and classic brands became 'in' again. That was when saggin was played out in the East Coast, and fitted clothing was being pushed by Jim Jones and Stack B (RIP) later that year.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
A modest sag below the waist was always cool to me but at what point did it jump the gun? I'm having a conversation with someone who says it started in 2006, I said it started in 2002

It got worst when jeans got fitted and tighter. Now that people wear smaller shirts you see their entire boxers. Knew this one dude back in 2010 days use to say his pants to almost down to his knees
