Both kenya and tanzania come to mind. Look at their ten richest and you have a whole lot of hindu(s) in that list of captains of industry. They control industrial base and also have huge stakes in telecom and banking in both countries. The Indian minority in Ghana controls it's economy, you can prove that? Besides obvious example like South Africa?
Per capita , probabably Mauritious. But they are more complicated due to trade routes during the swahilii empire era. You would regularly have indians docking on east africa ranging from mogadishu to mombasa to zanzibar to the malagasay coast to trade spices and handicrafts. And of course slaves as well. A lot of the dark skin indians are actually descedents of indian slavery.I didn’t know even know. What country has the most living there?
When did they come?
The brittish only made it worse, by elevating the indians which were present and importing more from their homeland as well as from other colonies in north africa or carribean.Outside of mauritious, you also have tanzania and kenya with an equal amount, but indians per capita would be higher in kenya due to the slightly lower population
