this is my point. 1 heavily marketed tequila was “cool” when vodka was the dominant spirit in popular culture.

now it’s like nobody drinks tequila, patron still moves units but doesn’t have that cool factor and everyone is going crazy over perceived hire shelf/status tequilas

Reposado tequila is my favorite. I don’t have a specific brand I prefer, as long as it isn’t Jose. Tequila doesn’t make me feel bad the next day like with vodka.

The sugar in that is insane though. Expensive as it is, Don Julio 1942 is a perfect tequila and will have you slapped with zero hangover
