I ain't even mad. These shyts are plush. I remember almost buying a Tahoe back in 2010 and I got a 2011 QX, I would go the other way if I had to make the same decision now.

don't they all use the same chassis or some shyt. i mean like the cadillac, gmc, and chevy. so really they all just variations of the same framework. they all got the same options just different badges.

If you haven't notices Chevy Pickups, Tahoes and Suburbans last a very long damn time.

There's still a lot of these still on the road used as daily drivers.

At Obama's inauguration, his fleet had the the 2005-2006 model, when the new bodystyle had already been out 2 yrs.

My father in law had a black 2003. If I had the money, I woulda bought it from him. Very reliable trucks

presidential fleets are heavily modified tho. and they aren't just gonna hop on a new car models just because. in any event it would take some time to get a fleet of new models wit the armor kit on it and everything fully equipped. The trucks are not that attractive anyway.

I'm still bugged out on how expensive cars have gotten in general, and it's FAR passed just inflation.

The government doesn't get new vehicles when new models come out. It costs a lot of money to add bulletproof material and stuff.

Yes, they do. It keeps costs down to reuse the same molds to stamp body parts.

Expedition and Navigators go for the same price about 75k...they probably not as popular because they come with those turbo 6s now.They still tow up to 9 thousand lbs tho,they're pretty quick too.

Yeah, the cost increase has resulted in actually improved interiors and better performance and mileage.

Realistically, they were UNDERPRICED in the mid 2000s because of demand, economic environment, and social perception of the vehicles.

They're actually appropriately priced now.
