I was using Alta Vista, Excite, Web Crawler to search.

It's crazy how Yahoo fell off so hard. They should have been in Google's position. They had so many dope services.

i had a great school we had a room full of computers back in 1998 had the internet on each one. i remember it being dope because people started coming to the room more and more even over playing football lol.

then years went by but by 23 years old its been a constant thing.

I first used it for school in ‘96, in the library, but we didn’t have our own until 98-99, when all the NetZero/Juno/AOL free trials were hittin. That 30-day trial reset trick was the move lol

Those aol free trials came so often you almost had to use them. I remember we got this huge gateway desktop that cost waaayyy too much. We were paying on that for years like student loans.

98, we had AOL. I have no idea when I used it at school...

We had a mobile computer lab in HS (pretty much they would bring laptops to your class instead of going to the computer lab), but I would assume nowadays students will bring their own laptops/tablets to class.
