I let my receding hairline go on for 5 years too long. I finally went bald at 35.

If your beard is crisp, not going to say you won't miss the hairline, because I am damn sure do...but people don't really give you shyt about being bald.

When I could no longer play it off. My hairline had receded too much, to the point where it just looked silly, and the back of my head was totally gone. So I said fukk it.

Then in my 40s, noticed the thinning on top. If i keep it low, you wouldn't know.

I fully cut it the same weekend the last GOW came out

I haven't had a baldie since I was 12 , and that was only because Onyx was the biggest thing in Queens at the time.

Rocked a Ceasar from then till the pandemic hit and finally grew my hair out and it looks like this now

I disagree. I’ve seen plenty of 60-70 year old bald, black men that don’t look their age cuz they don’t have the grey hair. Especially if they dye their facial hair

This is false, a low cut of a bald head will make you look a lot younger than a weak hairline or a thinning top. Mine started to thin on the front/temples. Did a nice guard and started getting all sorts of comments about how young I look and people not believing I’m in my mid 30’s. However you do have to maintain and hit it once a week or it goes right back to looking janky as soon as the hair goes past long stubble, it only takes about 3 minutes though.

What are you using that it only takes 3 min? I shave mine in the shower and it takes a minimum of 15 min.

Not to scare the younger brehs, but I had a full, dense head of hair right up into 34-35.

I was 100 sure I wasn’t gonna miss hair loss, and then I noticed a little spot on my crown, then a little on hairline….

Once it starts, it’s a ride I tell yeah. I haven’t given up on it yet though, but I’ll probably have to make a decision in the next 5 if this keeps up.
