For the record I work in management at UPS and in the district I work at, with around a around two hundred people as mid level FT management personnel, I only know of TWO people who openly identify as LGBT, both white lesbians. And for number of Blacks here in my company? ABOUT 20.

LGBT are openly making strides in career/educational attainment because our society isn't as bigoted (but still very much bigoted) as it used to be. But they still are just as underrepresented in the job market as Blacks are (outside of a few fields such as entertainment and fashion).

Not all are ceo's but they are well off like Don Lemon, Rayven Symone and the tranny Laverne Cox to name a few not to mention the white gays like Ellen Degeneres and Anderson Cooper

If he went to Yale, and got a great job, and became a great man of the world, him being gay, something he has zero control over, would be a lifelong L despite all his other accomplishments? Do you not see a problem with what you've just said

All due respect. When I think of having a son, I want him to be like me. Also, when it comes to having grandchildren and having some bloodline to pass the legacy to matters a lot. If I had a daughter, I would want her to be set with the right suitor. I can't recommend a homo for my son because it is something that is unnatural to me and I don't understand it enough to make a sound judgment. No hate, it's just that it seems like its a mental or hormonal problem, and I wouldn't wish that on anybody.

Most people on these boards don't hate gay people. What they do hate are some of the comments the OP made in that other thread. Something about gays having it harder and facing discrimination much longer than Blacks. Nonsense.
