As much as I loved football I never thought I'd go pro. It was just another thing I enjoyed. The way I see it is if you aren't achieving a full ride scholarship to a great Uni based on your athleticism then you have no chances of going pro.

it's weird, i sort of wish i took sports as seriously as i take music, i might have made something out of it. i remember i was talking to my father about it once and he was saying he's glad he never pushed sports on me too much but he was still happy i did play some when i was younger. i always loved baseball, i wasn't half bad at it either. but most of the sports i played, i played them when i was younger, all the way until the end of middle school. by high school, i was focused solely on music and other academics...

I heard a pop in my ankle and missed my sophomore and junior seasons with constant ankle swelling and pain. Played my senior year and had trouble cutting and changing direction.

When I played against real pros in high school and realized just how faaar ahead of me they were. Me being 6'4 and quicker and faster than everyone else on the court against HS competition only means I would have been an average NBA athlete, not a great athlete, much less a freak...and my skills were not even close enough to compensate.

Pro athleticism is something else bruh when you play against it.
