I will say this about extremely attractive women...... Many of them tend to have no personality, or want the guy to carry the conversation. That shyt doesn't fly with me. I'd much rather approach a cute girl who I know can talk than a bombshell who don't have shyt to say. Someone else can have that cause I got no time for it.
I've gotten to the point where I avoid overly attractive women because they come off as nothing but pretty faces without anything upstairs when I do attempt to speak to them.

I'm going to make it a personal goal of mines this year to holla at more "dimes"Yeah probably is somewhat true. But they still get attention but probably not the attention they want.
I knew a chick in college looked like a young Toni Braxton/Halle Berry look with the same short hair style, pretty face, and had a banging tight little body nice shape bubble butt. A lot of dudes would say she was stuck up and never even said a word to the girl. She was real quiet kept to herself I went up to her one day in the library and she was real sweet I would have tried to pursue something with her but it was the end of the year and I was going home for summer .
From my experience, even if I approached them they were usually very nice and respectful even if I got rejected
I would say there's SOME truth to it. Most times if I see a woman I would consider a dime I think shes already taken... at least she has to be. It's not a fear of rejection thing, I just think that there's some rich or self-absorbed a$$hole that they're already involved with

There are dimes and there are attention whores. Most dimes are both however their is a small sect of dimes that are not. They were usually girls that started off ugly and grew to be hot so they developed a personality during the ugly phase and carried that survival tactic with them when they blossomed.

FB and IG have shined a big ass spotlight these types, you can tell by the 900 pics of themselves and the attention needing post that showup in your newsfeed. I'm friends with one on FB, she literally posts a new selfie damn near everyday and has admitted that she loves taking pictures of herself. She fine as fukk with a bad body, just gotta let her cook
