Scarface is great to me because he is potent, he can make it hit home with hard shyt, can touch you emotionally, he's slept on because he's not really a technical wizard but he is still a great lyricist.
Z-Ro is excellent, he can really make you feel him.

Someone who is highly slept-on (mainly because he's been serving a lengthy prison sentence) is Pharoah from Street Military. Dude's style was too raw and heavily influenced Z-Ro's early work.
