So... I was a Pan Africanist in theory just over a decade ago, but what solidified it was so much of the stuff I'd see at this job with various people from various countries.
I remember one time this lady was talking to another lady, and Idk what they said but the way they laughed and dapped each other upshyt was spooky. I gotta dig for it but I remember seeing a video during covid from some country modifying how they greet each other. Again

I don't have that problem with other people though. Often enough I get approached by other people and apologize for not seeing them. But having someone look right through you is kinda jarring
