When exactly did Ice Cube 'fall off'?

I thought the Predator was a nice album.... I agree on his last masterpiece being Death Certificate though, that album is his best IMHO. WC was okay and had some good songs on it as did Lethal Injection but after that he completely fell flat IMO, done.

Horrible, made him look like a clown and I hated that new style he had as well... That wasn't Cube who was angry, political and just all out a great storyteller etc. Yayyyyyy yahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, still makes me cringe hearing him do that crap. He went from one of my faves of all time hands down to a joke when he started that Don Mega crap.

Lethal Injection is when he was tryna keep up with the Jones' (ala Dre, Snoop and nem). Grew out the afro, rapped about smoking weed and his flow got more laid back.
