that's exactly what my "interview questions" document says:

What are your strong points? Present three. Relate them to the particular company and job opening

What are your weak points? Don't say you have none; give only one. Position it in a positive answer like,"I am sometimes impatient and do the work myself when we are working against tight deadlines..."

I have a lot more interview questions and suggested responses if anyone is interested....:obama:
You shouldn't admit weaknesses, for one when they are asking that, they are already impressed with you so far, that's why you are interviewing and has thought's of hiring you, why take yourself down a level or 2, Interviews are all about selling yourself, not breaking yourself down for no reason. A person saying they have no weaknesses, displays supreme confidence in oneself, but you don't want to be too cocky, that's why I put the "but if I had a area I could improve in". Would you tell a girl you are trying to fukk that you cheat sometime, or ejaculate prematurely,

One time I used " At times I feel like I'm about to get an anxiety attack due to all the work that needs to be done." Interviewer had the  look. Then I flipped it on him "It makes me lose sleep at night over unfinished business. I don't sleep until all the tasks are completed." Interviewer had the :krs:...I had the :smugdraper:

I have no weaknesses, but if there was a area I could improve in ____(fill in blank)_________..........................

This never fails, I was taught this in a job training program and hasn't failed me to this day

You think it'd sound better if you just said. "An area I could improve in is ........" Saying I have no weakness sounds awkard in a job interview

Does anyone ever answer truthfully?

My weakness, sometimes I don't take breaks or I'll stay after work because I can't leave things unfinished :smugfavre:

Or some other bullshyt answer.

yall saying cliches. i say that sometimes I can be a little too arrogant/over confident and proceed to say why it can harm me in the future, and the moves I'm currently taking to lower it.

It's always tough, but you have to think of the position you're going for.

Last interview I was on was for and outreach coordinator for troubled youth, I said my biggest weakness was "I don't enjoy the paper work of a job".

I knew this would be a good answer because the job didn't have a lot of paperwork and it was mostly centered around counseling and creating initiatives for the kids.

I finessed the hell out of a dude one time on this question. Dude had a bunch of football stuff on his desk. When he asked me I said “I’m embarrassed to say I’m a fan of [insert rival team]. He started laughing and immediately picked up the phone and told the person on the other end “I think Ive got a guy I think is a good fit for your department”

That turned out to be the worst job I’ve ever had
