i don't know enough about this specific situation but sometimes seemingly absurd solutions make the most sense at the time.

you're probably right, I just find it off that the best solution for grade age children is a school atop a vertical climb....

i dunno man...i have not walked in their shoes.
it's easy to say that what they are doing is silly but i don't know what they are living through.
