November 5th (or earlier if you were lucky) 
On the real though you should get it in the next 2 or so weeks since the N5 is officially out. Though you'll probably have to flash it manually if you want it ASAP since the OTA is usually done in waves

I have the Note 2 Verizon and I'm still on 4.1
Thats verizon breh. They may not ever update fukking with them.
