@cyndaquil one day while working at a call center I watched this documentary and then went into a deep rabbit hole of HIV/AIDS. Even watched all the 80s news reports of the very 1st announcement by Dan Rather. The shyt was ominous and down right scary and I'm 100 per cent straight man. I couldn't imagine life in the 80s as a gay man. Then recently I watched the Warhol Diaries and I'm shocked how he didn't catch HIV cause everyone around him was pretty much gay including one of the men he was madly in love with. Then Calvin Klein's boyfriend caught HIV. shyt was really crazy for gay men.

Then I seen all the medical documentaries where they should you patients with HIV and seeing Karposi sarcoma on video and seeing how small and frail they waste away....made me think about Keith Haring and others in the art world.
