That entire album is so dark.
Remember myself and a few of us gameplanning with the Late Big Kap to play "Still Shinin" at the Tunnel. Kap played, we went ape shyt and Flex told him afterwards to stop playing shyt like that cuz "we gott a pay insurance on the club!"

Mobb had some dope beats that went hard. As far as scary, anything DJ Screw affiliated. Don't see how people can enjoy chopped & screwed without being on lean.
I first heard of DJ Screw in the military 1998 because the military is filled with southern heads....But the dude who put me on was white...he was explaining that sh*t to me and I dismissed it as some whiteboy sh*t because I didnt see Black folks fukking with cough medicine like that.....Soon after tho, that Sippin On Some Sizzurp song came out and my assumptions went out the window. A lot of them southern boys were into listenin to screw high of weed....The sizzurp sh*t with teh cough medicine was more promoted in Hip Hop then them actual southern boys i was around. I will never have that "lean" experience because it scares me. Im to old to be trying new drugs tho in my early 20's I woulda probably done it but that sh*t wasn't a readily available thing like that....NY just wasnt up on that. And thats why when Beans made that song "Purple Rain" talking about how as a kid he used to watch his uncle lean while drinking sizzurp I had the
face because that lean sh*t was not familiar up north like that back in the day.
Sorry but Three Six owns the evil category. Wouldn't call Mobb Deep shyt evil more dark and dreary on a cold crack infested corner.
