cause he's an underachieving fakkot and deadbeat dad just like his father, the failed musician Olu Dara
Why not huh? Thats theAfter Life is Good though, I think the conversation becomes more stronger for him. One things for sure he's elevated to top 3 Lyricist and thats something that people will argue when talking about overall GOAT. Plus he's been top 5-10 anyway.
Hes my fav rapper but I understand why precieved limitations keep him out of the overall convo, but I think as time goes on and the fact he's still rapping at a top level, it will always assure to be in the convo and have people say why not.
attitude im talking about. never seen/heard nobody ride for Nas like they do Pac or Jay. And realistically LIG was just another good nas album that was irrelevant to the game and does nothing to convert non-nas stans. multiple ppl agreed with me, i'm not trolling at all.Dumbest shyt I read on the Coli so far this week, and that's saying alot considering yesterday was April Fool's day. You officially exposed yourself as a troll @NvrCMyNut with this asinine shyt breh
whats hot in the burbs don't matter in hiphop.get out the projects when you ask these questions nikka
Honestly who cares. With the direction hip hop is going you shouldn't either. When I was younger I used to care and defend him, but at this point hip hop is on it's last legs and is changing for the worse. Seriously, within a couple years, all the rappers that get praise wil be forgotten. You saw the Scarface thread about the changing of the thrones. It's gonna happen. When fans and artist in the genre can't respect a legend it just makes me wonder why I should give a fukk.
Truth be told, people don't respect or really care for hip hop. It sucks but that just what it is. I love hip hop and want to see it grow, but I'm a realist. All this talk about the GOATS and who's who is like seeing people want to be king of something that people will quickly forget. As far as media goes, the KING of hip hop by unanimous decision is Eminem. Do I agree, No. But that's just the way it is.
#strugglepostOp is either
1. Non black
2. From the suburbs
3. Hater
Em being in the list more than nas, hell nah thats them lies.

just a horrible rebuttal all round#strugglepost
1. Multiple rappers black fanbase eclipse Nas's by some distance. Don't see what being non black has to do with acknowledging Nas ain't really considered as the GOAT out here, that's common opinion among most blacks.
2. Nas ain't been popular in the hood for generations, since i was a pre-teen.
3. Calling Nas the GOAT makes me a hater?
just a horrible rebuttal all round
whats hot in the burbs don't matter in hiphop.
Just like a non black (you) opinion don't matter in hip hop.
Em aint being mentioned on no list above nas, especially in nyc.

On the rare occasion he's brought up people seem to have respect for the gawd but when it comes to GOAT status it's like ''naaa,'' with the conversation moving swiftly on.
Nas just don't engage the people like thati've heard em mentioned as a GOAt contender more irl tbh
Why don't the streets recognize the GOAT?

i'm talking about the general opinion i've noticed in the hood i.e mostly blacks.

Thats theattitude im talking about. never seen/heard nobody ride for Nas like they do Pac or Jay.
