Ja’s inability to turn this beat into a vintage chart topper was the end of his chapter. Writing was on the wall.

Scott Storch gave him some heat and he fumbled it by turning it into a struggle diss track. He should’ve dedicated one line to 50 and then made a club banger.

I remember making this thread cause I had just watched the Murder Inc doc back then, and there was a LOT of revisionist history from Ja and Irv as far as how they came across and their general impact. Quite a bit of 🧢🧢🧢

Ja isn't a terrible rapper by any margin but it always seemed to me like dude was drinking his own kool-aid to the point of delusion and 50's just a dirtbag nikka. Both of them huge egos, zero tolerance, I can see why this beef is for life and them nikkas truly can't stand each other.
