It's not but these phone interview cacs be slick with it by asking questions around race. The really smart ones lower your guard by talking about what they do for fun and say shyt like " my friends got tickets to the game.... who you got to win"

And it's always a trap. But I used to skate past it by saying I don't watch sports or I'm a Pat's fan (I actually am)
But phone interviews are this bad. It's when face drops you get you on the in person interview and when they call your name
