Curious what she looks like "glammed" up. Hair game is probably good. Feel like her best bet would be to go the Tina Fey route. A little makeup, nice glasses and the right hairstyle would bump her up a few notches....but she got that Larry Bird, Kevin Durant aura thats says "I play ball, fukk looking fancy."
