Hell naw this is comedy at its finest. Jamie and Tommy Davidson was murdering these skits.
:russ:

They were great but this wasn't it. Especially the more you learn about the behind the scenes shyt.

I remember when new episodes were coming out and grown folks were like "they don't really like each other." "They are good together but them 2 are always trying to out do each other..."

I didn't know what it meant I just figured one cat wanted more shine than the other. I knew the concept or dynamic of the straight man and the funny guy it's a timeless trope that's been used throughout comedy, I was used to seeing it in my cartoons, and especially in older american tv shows, black and whites, it was pretty much the standard of comedy.

Anyway before internet and 24/7 gossip and actors telling/talkin all the time it was hard to gauge what was what, but anyways them 2 didn't exactly get along.

It's been spoken about in modern day. But the whole men dressing up as women schtick, in black comedy is....odd. I do think when we do it we do it better than white comics, however I don't know if we need to do that to get laughs.

I guess it's c00ning because you personally didn't think it was funny, right? :comeon:

When Kenan was on The Breakfast Club a couple years ago, he acknowledged that the sketch wouldn't work now. These threads are always funny because they advocate for political correctness, not realizing that sketches like in the OP only existed because the culture also allowed things like In Living Color and MadTV. It's either funny or unfunny, but going beyond that opens up a can of worms a lot of people don't want to address.

It wasn't "politically correct" to do that Cosby skit on SNL either, but the fat fukk did it anyway.

And that instance was most definitely c00ning.
