For me after a while it becomes a chore especially when it's two totally different operating systems. If we had the same phone cool, I generally know what's wrong with it. Like with my parents/aunts/uncles, before they upgraded their phones I'd really want to say ask someone who has this particular phone because I have no idea what's going on with it. But I'd try to help but when I couldn't they'd get mad that EYE couldn't fix a phone EYE never used. How are they gonna get mad at me for not know how to work/fix THEIR phone
