But you walked in the restaurant and was seated first...

Is this a form of some.kinda undercover racsim..?:what:

Im not getting under what circumstances that would allow for them to receive their food before i got mine...

Im in an all Spanish restaurant right now, and this just happened :fire::bustback:

Nah it could be that the person is a regular who tips well. I can only speak for myself, but at places where I'm a regular, as soon as the menu is gone the food is practically on the table while you got other folks getting ready to order a second beverage because they've been waiting forever. That's not to say that racism, etc. may not be a factor though.

I get up and leave when that happens. Had to train myself to do it, people you with always say its an overreaction, but don't like begging people to take my money.

I definitely stayed and ate... as i was hungry as a mug... not yo mention i do feel like leaving IS an overreaction...

But im not coming back....i feel like when something like this happens the waitress should take to time to explain what's going on/happened

(On the flip side, i should have asked but i didn't want to make a scene...thinking back on it i wish that i did ... now i feel like.a.p*ssy:sadcam:)

And no my meal wasn't complicated. All i ordered was eggs and sausage :martin:

I cook in a restaurant, so i'll share my little knowledge.

First off people around could've ordered something that takes less time to make.

Also in a kitchen line, you have different cook stations. So whichever station was making your food, could've had a lot of tickets before yours, or had a more complicated order before yours.

Trust me, us cooks we wanna get rid of orders as quick as possible. So dont take it personal

My friends grandpa used to go into the kitchen and ask the cooks what's taking so long. :dead:

He used to time the waiters with a stop watch too. On some better have my water in less than a minute or its your ass.

I don't play about that refilling of the water shyt...

I don't care for them coming around saying "how's the food " etc cause i normally dont like to be bothered...

But they bet not dare leave my glass on E.....thats gone directly affect my tip amount
