But i most say, after being on the coli for a year it kinda perked my nerves up to little situations like this that I would have normally brushed aside as being innocuous...

Also when I'm hungry i tend to be very irrational about a lot of things
So IDK...

I definitely stayed and ate... as i was hungry as a mug... not yo mention i do feel like leaving IS an overreaction...

But im not coming back....i feel like when something like this happens the waitress should take to time to explain what's going on/happened

(On the flip side, i should have asked but i didn't want to make a scene...thinking back on it i wish that i did ... now i feel like.a.p*ssy)

And no my meal wasn't complicated. All i ordered was eggs and sausage

Im a very simple man...

Some of.that shyt on the.menu was a little to exotic for a breakfast meal...

they had recipes that included sour cream, tomato sauce, and
re fried beans (which they served.me anyway)

I was too hungry this morning to try be in an experimental mode

I don't like the idea of people giving me shytty service and me sitting there like it's cool. People always say I'm overreacting, but it's a capitalist society.

Why am I taking awful service from this resturant when there are 100s more just like it where I can spend my money.

That's something I had to program my mind to do, instead of just sitting there 40mins for service, and watching people get served before us. Service like that shows me that you don't need my little money, so I'll spend it somewhere else instead.

Im in an all Spanish restaurant right now, and this just happened

All the time at International House of Pancakes.
I stopped going there.

It really just depends on the complexity of the order.

We don't know who you are, unless the server tells us.

We're just trying to get food out as quickly as possible.

Sometimes it could be the server taking their time to deliever your food. At work there's one server who I'm constantly arguing with because she moves slow and I get annoyed when I have an order sitting there.

My friends grandpa used to go into the kitchen and ask the cooks what's taking so long.

He used to time the waiters with a stop watch too. On some better have my water in less than a minute or its your ass.

That's just common courtesy, but most times in that situation you won't get an explanation unless you ask for 1. If they show up with your food 30-40 mins later, an explanation and a simple "our bad" is mandatory IMO.

If they don't feel like they need to give you that, then why are you begging them to take your money in return for rude, shytty service?

I get up and leave when that happens. Had to train myself to do it, people you with always say its an overreaction, but don't like begging people to take my money.

I do this if two groups get their food before me.
