Crazy thing is most of the people i went to school with make more money than the teachers now and the ones that didn't amount to shyt are basically still earning teachers wages.

They never said it but you could see how teacher treated certain troublemakers. To keep it real. 95% of those kids didn’t end of being shyt. BUT most of that was due to their home life. Most of these students had neglectful parent who were on drugs ect.

No that was in maybe 9th grade or something when they said that to me. Grades don't matter at that age but that teacher set something in motion she didn't anticipate

Some of these teachers are bitter their lives didn't turn out the way it would...don't take that hostility and bitterness out on somebody that has time to better their own life. Especially a student.

I had teachers say this to me too.

Looking back in retrospect, I dealt with a lot of microaggressions from my teachers as one of the few black students in a predominantly white catholic school, especially when I started to improve academically.

And people on here wonder why as soon as I graduated from college I moved out of racist ass Western PA.
