His introspective/personal shyt is his best shyt to me, he should never leave that bag. I really really really hate his voice...but I still salute some of his shyt because the lyrics are so good
My problem with Joe is people loved his brand more than the music when they would tell us how much we're missing.
To me, he sounded like all the mixtape rappers from his era.
I wouldn't even put him over Game, even talking about how deep and introspective he is.
You would post a song I, as a non Joe fan, have heard a millions times and alway thought he got ate on--he just had a longer verse.
And that line always been mid, to me.

His voice is actually pretty plain. When I think of voices that are hard to listen to, I think of sappy soft voices like Big Sean and Chingy, or flat out irritating voices like Young Thug, sometimes Uzi, etc, basically anybody inspired by post-2008 Wayne who was always squealing and rapping fast about nothing.

I lost all my stuff when my external died like 5 years back. I doubt he has his these days too smh
Joe is a top flight lyricist, good content. He's not top 10 or top 20 or top 30 though. But he was an amazing rapper at his peak.
