It's not as bad as it used to be here in NYC.

When all the buses were this fukkin bus

And the driver had to get up, walk all the way to the back and hoist them up since the seats are like 4 feet off the ground shyt took FORVER. The newer buses are ground level so you just walk in instead of having to climb steps like this one.

Their wheelchairs always old and broke down too. One time this old brotha who was an army vet got on and the next stop this old Hispanic cat got on. They were having a English-Spanish convo about their wheelchairs

The brotha was like you know you can get one for free every 5 years. The Hispanic brehs wheelchair didn’t even have a brake, had to hook him up to the seat.

This doesn't really bother me TBH, If I leave early enough W/C delays don't effect me.

One thing that is annoying is the bus driver refusing to move the Bus due people not moving to the back and people standing in front of the white line sometimes the fukkery it causes is quite entertaining

Having to get up from your seat after a long day of work because the wheelchair seat takes up 2 spots

Ain't a bus rider (the bus is the WOAT in every city tho) but shyt, even as a driver I hate this. Get stuck behind a bus helping a wheelchair, can't make your right turn, have to sit and wait for the next light

I never really took the city bus, as a kid i was selling drugs so i was driving when i was 17

I did get annoyed getting stuck behind busses though, but i didnt really have to be places at a set time. 9 to 5 and take the bus brehs

I remember one time there was this old white man getting on the bus.

I don't know how old he was, but the man looked at least 85-90.

He was taking the longest time to get on the bus.Moving up the stairs like 2 inches per hour.

Bus driver finally decided to get out of his seat and help the man.

Even with the bus driver's help, old man still was dragging like he was about to faint.

Right then, a rather impatient nicca sitting behind me yelled out to the driver

"YO MAN, JUST CHIN CHECK HIS AZZ AND DRAG HIM TO A SEAT!!"


Most people on the bus tried to act like they didn't hear it.Shyt had me , tho

i remember one time i was visibly irritated at this couple, both in wheelchairs.

finally got to my stop to transfer...and they were on the next one, too.

out here, they had to put up signs saying it's illegal for the drivers to speak on the wheelchairs. they used to make it a scene years ago
