This happened to me once. This was probably my "wait a second, I might actually be ok with the ladies" moment.

Basically the same question, while we were hugged up in the jacuzzi. I told her she could lose some weight, and she immediately backed away and said pretty much the same thing. I got that sinking feeling in my chest that lets you know , but instead of trying to apologize, I just responded annoyingly, "Then don't ask me that question". I was actually going to get ready to head back to my room, but she came back and she apologized. And then she wouldn't let me go anywhere without her for the rest of the night :/. At that point in my life, it was the most didn't make sense thing that happened with me and a girl.

Edit: So my lesson learned is to just be honest when they ask one of those questions. Kind of a thing I picked up from Patrice Oneal/Beige Philip

I've learned about life and ESPECIALLY with women (romantic, platonic, professional, family), it's not about what you say it's about how you say it. I'm still a work in progress on that front

Most men wanna hear shyt directly (no sugarcoat) but with women you gotta dress it up and be on point with the delivery. Otherwise they'll take it literally

This is where women need to be honest with each other and tell each other they're fat and stop sabotaging situations like this with men. One of her homegirls should be the one telling her the truth and hitting the gym with her. And this is a good example of women not having good social skills, not realizing you're throwing a question-hand-grenade to a man...OP is right in that there was no correct answer.

They are already honest with eachother. That girl knows she's fat. It's not about her being fat. She basically wanted to create an issue and observe how he fixes it.

so on that app when you match , the chick has to send the first message . Went back and forth a few messages then got her number . I called her that night and chopped her up. Tried to FaceTime her but she ain’t get on cause “her hair wasn’t done”..the next day we were texting and I FaceTimed her randomly while she was driving somewhere….later on that day she went to a bar with her homegirls and text me around 10 asking if I was up . I’m like yeah and she was like she “feeling good” and wanted to meet in person. Told her I ain’t getting up and driving to the bar she was at in the next town over but she can come by and see me….I ain’t think she would but around like 11 she text me like “I wanna see you, where you stay?”..sent her the address and she pulled up . Went out to her car , talked to her and invited her inside…the rest was history after that . shyt just fell in my lap but apparently I was her type physically so that’s why it went so smooth

this the truth. I noticed this with a lot of chicks I dealt with. If shyt is going too smooth , women will just create an issue to “see how you react”. My ex told me she used to do that shyt on purpose to “learn more about each other and see how I handle the situation ”…that shyt stupid as hell to me. If shyt going good , let it stay good.

Women just love drama to be real. If they didn’t love and hip hop and all those other reality tv drama shows wouldn’t be so popular with them
