perhaps there's a stipulation in Jay's RocNation contact – I don't know – but he should at LEAST drop a mixtape. I'm listening to Attack of the Clones and WTF is a Jay Electronica like it's Ready to Die and Life After Death (as in an artist that can no longer release new material)

he (JE) just needs to continue raiding the Dilla stash for beats and make a 15 track mixtape. Matter of fact, I bet I would prefer a mixtape format over a main stream released album.
He definiitely not releasing the album in September i know that much. Probably won't come out til next year. Not expecting him to sell much anyway so i don't know what's the hold up. But like dude said he could at least make a mixtape for the streets.
