Sometime within the last few weeks. Had a big king aka their big Mac.
Wasn't nothing to right home about. Plus since the beginning of the year I've lost mad weight, basically running and working out. I'm on a cut. My goal is to get to 9% bodyfat. Just to see if I can do it.
I think it's good to get a little bullshyt in your system every once and again so your body gets a shock or a wake up call and kicks in to overdrive and starts filtering and processing the bullshyt out, then when you resume eating clean it's operating in tip top shape.
There was one time I ate clean for like 5 months straight, day in and day out. Scale stopped going down. I went to hardees and had a chicken sandwich, went to the gym and burned off the 900 calories of the sandwich. Next week when I weighed myself I lost 1.5lbs, and continued to lose weight to the point I was like
