Ayo Buckeye you got Meijer in your area? I know they got those jawns all over Michigan
Yo, ppl sleep on Meijer, but they been so clutch to me.

Back in 08, I was living in Bloomington-Normal, and was looking for a PS3. Every big box electronics store was sold out. Went to the Meijer in Normal, and they had one:banderas:

I can really hate Michigan strictly because of Meijer. That was actually my go to grocery store when I lived in Columbus

Why do nikkas here hate Aldi so much:mindblown:

I’m not saying I’d buy everything there. They have great snacks, cereal and frozen foods

$20 goes a lot further at Aldi than let’s say a Walmart or Kroger
Man you ain’t lying!! Aldi’s be having your buggy looking kinda full off 20 bucks.. You go to like Walmart or somewhere and that little hand cart be half full and you’re spending 25 or better. I mess with Aldi’s and Trader Joe’s heavy. There’s a Lidl opening close to me and I hope that shyt is good.

I fukk with their subs heavy but the food expensive AF lol. When I moved to NC and didn’t have a lot of money left over, I went to HT to get a couple groceries to hold me over til payday... man I gave them my lil change like :mjcry:

I shop there off and on but it’s mostly Trader Joe’s Aldi’s, and sometimes Publix for me.

Lidl)German I think) and Aldi's within 30mins of me (South Jersey):eat:

They compete with shoprite in my area...but shoprite prices are pretty damn good, and the sales are on point...shoprite isn't in danger but people around here are working class hardcore aren't loyal to shoprite so a couple more Aldi's and Lidl may be opening

The competition is good:mjlit:

Aldi is cheaper than the competition but they do that by offering off-brand items. My girl use to shop at Aldi heavy when we first got together til i started needing that real shyt.....Mello-Yello's, the Hidden Valley Ranch, Nestle Pure Life, Frito Lay Chili Cheese chips, Heinz ketchup, Blue Bell ice cream.....yea can't get any of that good stuff at Aldi.

So if you can tailor your tastes to fit Aldi's limited selection and off-brandness then yea you'll like them. Kroger is GOAT to me right now with all the coupons they practically throw at you and still managing a decent selection of name brand shyt. They use to be killing it extra hard when they did the double coupon thing but they ended that completely last year.

I've never been to an Aldi or Kroger...:ld:

If you are in the USA then you might have been in a Krogers, but not known it; because I think that Kroger may have different names in different cities. Krogers is in the Mid-South and in some parts of the Mid-West, but in the far West I think that they are called Ralph's or Fred Meyers. In some other spots in the West and in the Midwest they might be called Food 4 Less or Tom Thumbs.

I don't know why they have so many different names, but I guess that it is because they buy up a bunch of regional grocers. Anyway they have more names too, so here is a list.

Wife still hung over Kroger since we moved from GA. Kroger alright:yeshrug:, but once I got hip to Lidi, it's been smooth sailing when it comes down to groceries:wow:.

Those multigrain doughnuts:ahh:
