Man I usually try to leave names out my stories, but in this case, I'm dropping it. I knew this bytch named Jackie. Jackie got pregnant with twins. Her man was a UPS driver...He wasn't balling, but making decent money/benefits, stable. The babies are born, she tells me, that she told her man that she didn't want to be with him anymore and wanted to raise the twins separately. He keep one, she keep one, and raise them independently. He thought this was the dumbest thing he'd ever heard, I asked her why she wanted to leave, and why she would ever consider something so ridiculous? She said it wasn't anything in particular, just felt the relationship wasn't going anywhere. Long story short he kept denying her request, so she did what the girl in OP did. She just bounced with her twin. He hired a PI to look for her, and the PI questioned me, and other people inquiring about where she was. I had no idea, but she ended up in North Carolina. PI found her. Through another mutual friend I found out dad found her, petitioned the court, filed for full custody of both children and won.

Oh I know how it would have turned out. Jackie's twin would have been an overly emotional, stubborn, bulldog like his mother, and the other would have turned out rational, structured and grounded. I didn't know the dude well at all, but it was clear who the more stable one was.

You can vet ALL you want, sometimes when them hormones change, the person you vetted completely changes. There is NOTHING you can do about it. This happens more than most obviously are aware of when taking comments into account. Women will eject for whatever reason, you can plan all day but when its over, ITS DONE. KS was waaay too harsh fukk dying alone this broad said her last real BF was in High school and she's almost 45 and she spends her days Talking to HERSELF. That tells me she doesn't even have any close homegirls because it's nothing to go shopping with her girls or at least spend hours on the phone. That means that the women she does know tend to long handle spoon feed her wierd ass.

Dr. bell hooks died in her bed and I think a relative found her a couple of days later.

It makes perfect sense nothing ever stays the same seasons change, People change. I guess it would be wierd for someone to always and forever be deeply in love. But deeply committed? Absolutely.

A nikka comes home every night, makes sure the lights are on and food in the fridge I don't undertsand why that dude can't expect that food to be cooked.

Maybe the concept of marriage needs to be overhauled, If you could decouple finances as easily as you could decouple feelings most Men could and would understand.
