Words are exchanged by both parties, then as Guzman tries to walk into the store Smith and Miller attack.

Guzman is able to shake free and run from Smith, but Velasquez isn't as lucky. Miller slams Velasquez to the ground and begins brutally and unrelentingly attacking him.

Velasquez is knocked unconscious, but Miller continues to attack, punching and kicking, breaking every bone in Velasquez's face.

His eye is nearly knocked out, and a shoeprint is imprinted on his face from being stomped on.

Velasquez was also robbed. In the video, the two men return to his limp body to remove items from his pockets.

Somehow, after months of recovery, Velasquez managed to survive that January night and today he saw Miller getting sentenced to 15 years in prison for the assault.

Velasquez says the sentencing helps a little, though he admits he doesn't remember anything from that night.

"There is nothing I can change," he said. "I have to keep working for my life, and my family."

Following the attack, Velasquez says he can't work or do things normally.

"I always think he wanted me to die that night."

People were getting beat to death often back in the day. You just need to be careful with who you fukk with and cop that plea if you know you dont want it.

People operate on different codes. Some people are taught to totally destroy an opponent so he cant recover. Luckily this man man survived and learned a valuable lesson about why bullying is wrong. A bully has no heart and preys on the weak. Look where his friend went soon as he realized he couldnt prey on someone. PEWWWWWWN, and left his homie to the wolves. In the future i doubt he'll be hanging with ol boy anymore and i doubt he'll be running his mouth to escalate drama with strangers.

This could have been a lot worse if these guys knew Brazillian JIuitsu so lets count our blessings here.
