When was the last time u hit the gym

I been doing some pull ups if that counts. Im still built like Soulja Boy
5-6 times a week for the last 2.5 yrs
Last week wednesday. Been experimenting with a 400-500 rep bodyweight routine I do every morning, and getting stronger at handstand pushups.
Calm yo ass down. Im tired of yall nikkas saying Im trollin.
my husband is building up a new workout regimen for me. I've been working out in our home gym in the meantime.
today, and I puked.
At the gym right now..halftime in the locker room...finished cardio and about to go box
Well im living out in waterloo..i was thinking there would be a world gym at every major city but i guess not. They got a good deal of paying $99 and after 10 dollars a month for as long as your member there.
Goodlife is wack breh your overpaying. Might as well join La fitness and pay expensively
