back problems most painful shyt ive ever felt wasnt sobbing or anything but had a little moisture going on

i had a stress fracture in my lower back when i was 15/16. shyt was terrible. was one of the reasons i dropped out of school.

Crying can be therapeutic. I mean I shed a tear probably every 3 or 4 months. I dont sob when I cry, though. Ill be crying maybe a minute or 2 at the most then I move on with my life
